DYI Arduino Speed Controller For Small Turbo Cooling Fan

In this project i'm going to show you how to control the speed of small turbo cooling fan using arduino. Also I have created 5 LED array to indicate the speed level of the fan. Two push buttons are used here to speed up/down the fan.
